Limiting the strokes for handicap to max of 4 is not right if you are going to use pgls handicaps for this tournament, it should be at the persons ability to do what he can to try to win. and if you take the strokes away, he won't  win against  better players.
just my thought on this subject

Wow Ed. You won last weeks tournament with an amazing score, beating very good players by miles and that with a handicap of +4
I feel that this current system is much more fair to all players who want to be competitive.
I would like the other guys view on this subject.

If you play in the tourneys the way you play most of the time instead of sandbagging its not a problem

There is a type-o in the Splash Page for round 3 and 4.

Those two rounds are at Lakeview Estates, not Lakeview Terrace.
