Caddyshack Handicapped Tourneys.

Mark from PGLS has accepted my suggestion that all minus handicap players will be changed to scratch (0).
The plus handicaps will still be determined by PGLS up to a maximum of +4.
I hope this will add more fun to the game for the real good players.
Changes will take effect from this weeks tourney, "The Players Invitational"
